michele-senacMichele Castellano Senac lives, writes and cooks in Greenville, South Carolina. She is a Registered Nurse with a passion for healthy living. Michele has been writing all her life, beginning with daily journaling which she still does today. She has written numerous articles related to health, healing and lifestyle, including cooking, entertaining, creating a comfortable and energized home, and honoring the value of a balanced life.

Her first book, Around the Table: A Culinary Memoir by Two Sisters, was co-written with her sister, Lorrie Castellano. She was inspired to write this book as a gift to her grown son to share timeless family recipes and the personal memories they evoked.

Her second book, As Old As Time: A Culinary Odyssey Using Flavored Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars, was inspired by her love of olive oils and balsamic vinegars, and the beneficial effects these extraordinary foods have had on her life.

Time After Time: A Farm to Table Culinary Journey, is Michele’s third book that focuses on fresh foods prepared with flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Michele’s love of olive oil and balsamic vinegar combined with her appreciation for fresh, vibrant, life-giving foods were the inspiration for this cookbook.
